“Hunters starting out for ducks” Scorpio 22

Preparing for a hunt, like preparing to cook, requires gathering ingredients… the equipment, appropriate clothing and so on.

Hunters may be keen on camouflage… the better to not be seen my dear. Also, hunters prepare in such a way as to get near enough their prey undetected. If detected early: ducks a-flutter. If undetected, when the time comes to pull the trigger, there is sure to be a disturbance at the duck pond. 

From the ducks perspective, troubled waters mean fear at being so alarmingly disturbed. Whichever side of the hunt you are on today, expect some disturbance… unless… 

Today, adjust your goals and equipment to suit a more practical way to function. Designer camo may not be necessary, nor that cannon you bought to shoot quail. Neither does hard-done-by emotion all a-flutter at the mere hint… ‘hint’ being the child of ‘hunt’… of a problem, serve to further anything. 

In relationships, there are ways to make things better… simple, easy. It starts with the word ‘we’, moves on to ‘let’s’ and hunting for the sense of mutually feeling heard. For no one else is to blame. Being in the moment tends to strip unnecessary baggage away. The true hunter travels light with a small kit, very little equipment. The emotional analogue applies as well. Hint: keep it simple.
