Protection


There are delights to be had while swinging under an old oak tree.


The oak provides a canopy of protection. It is the symbol of sturdiness and wisdom. The oak can take a lightning strike and still endure. During such times, major shifts are possible for the weak and vulnerable. Children can swing and play even though more powerful forces are near. 


If you are feeling out of sorts, know there is an oak tree of sorts standing in protection. Social affairs may involve many voices, rumours, fragments of misinformation. There is a possibility of ill remarks about another’s character. Never mind. You are protected. 


Oh, and by the way, while playing on the swings, why not share some chocolate or other treat with a new friend? Especially if that friend has purple skin and believes in OoggaBoogga, deity of beauteous bounty and bonnie bestowal.
