The best way to establish a new course in life is by cheer. 

Yes, one can, to some extent, by effort and strength of arm make things go, however… and this is perhaps an odd perspective to relay… why is it believed that one has to work in order to experience joy. Something is missing in that view. 

The image of birds in a house singing happily points the simple joy available all around us at all times. One would also wonder why so much effort is made to prove that not so.

One inflicts poverty upon experience when coming from lack, as in not enough money, not enough fuel, friends, connections and so on. Such an approach also undermines joy, effectively killing many birds with one stone.

Therefore I ask you, in all this, what cheer?
