Inner power

In this case, a strong hand indicates power that comes from within. Rather than  a show of physical strength or a pretense of entitled authority,  this kind of inner power can come from the least expected source… think of mild-mannered and bumbling Clark Kent. 

In meditation practice, one can go deep, perhaps without noticing. In healing work, deeply imprinted wound and trauma signatures are more easily available. While napping, one is really doing powerful inner work. 

Drawing upon inner power is not so much about strength of will either. Certainly plant the intention, murmur a gentle prayer, hand off cares to a higher healing power and by all means do not claim to understand all that is going on. With awareness, let it be. Breathe into the desire to be fulfilled, both in and of yourself, and through relationship. Employ the tenderness of listening for optimal results.
