Contemplation

Hexagram 20, “Contemplation”, from the I Ching, looks like a tower. It also resembles the stakes at which the bowler, in a game of cricket, hurls the ball. So, in the way an owl high in a tree gains a view of the surrounding land, a man in contemplation exudes the energy of getting to the crux of the matter. Others notice this. 

Rapid opinion and fast answers are not the currency of contemplation. Those in a hurry may be frustrated… “I ordered a snappy answer with a side of fries and I am still waiting!” As a result, if you are in a hurry today, forget it.
