We have said this in the past: if you desire to awaken, assume the position of the buddha. Serene, grounded, dignified and fully awake… first time meditators often achieve beyond all expectation. Today, be alert for a sense of feverish urging within. Think of it as a reservoir of deep energy-resource with which you have a compelling personal affinity. At the same time, feel the intensity of your focus which, at the same time, allows you to relax into something potent. Your feelings and thought will merge as you urge your ride to the finish. The underlying intense felt experience keeps this from being ‘mere’ imagination.
