It is not that one must, out stubborn defiance or rebelliousness, defy the rule. It is rather that creative expressions, often spontaneous, tend to emerge from those who care more for the spiritual immediacy and integrity of, say a church hymn, than about authorized versions and orthodox presentations.

Good day to use the voice, to chant, to tone. Good day to eat real, raw, organic chocolate. Good day to eat some chocolate with another, in private… away from vested authority.

Good day to stay comfortable in a cozy home situation, maybe take the day off. Still a good time to cleanse and fast, however, this would be the day to break the rules a wee little.

While there is a strong hint of defying the rules today, it appears to be all in good fun and for delightful purpose. Enjoy!
