Today: Like the expectant mother heavy with child, the ripened plum hanging from a brittle stem, much of life's happening defies augury.
Even grey-bearded Astrologers cheer like excited children when, with blunted fingers, attempt to pin-point the flight of a sparrow. Doctor's 'due-date' bears as much science as a drunken golf swing. The birth and death of all things great and small measured and weighed blind-folded.
So, if you have something awaiting birth, and it be not now, the readiness is all.
