Think of it as stepping up to a higher standard for yourself. The idea is if you/we are to excel, we must step up, raise the bar so to speak.
Like a big performance before a discerning audience, anyone can feel a good deal of stage-fright. In fact, a wave of melancholy and inferiority may descend upon you just as the lights are going up. Watch for being 'step-up' to a standard that is actually lower than your sense of integrity, character and calling.
There is a shift in tides underway. Choose to reverse negative emotional directions. Or if a dark wave is rising in your direction, be mindful not to be swept away.
