If you have a fish hook, a curved pointed with a barb-like tine, hooking something may be more successful. Now the question is , "Do you want to be hooked on a sharp issue?"
The thing about reaching into a fish pond … nude no less… is the delightful innocence of it all. No hooks, no barbs: nothing to snag you in a painful claw-like grasp. Even to touch the slippery fish is a delight for a young miss.
