Inspiration: When a time of change is on its way, you might have to feel your way ahead through the fog of present circumstance.
Today: Imagine what it would be like to walk through cloud and fog so thick you could feel its resistance on your body. Not quite as dense as water, but thicker than air.
You might not be able to see the way ahead today, but you can feel your way through. It is as if your body and your breath are more sensitive to the path forward.
Of course, when cloud and fog obscures the way, hesitation and caution naturally arise. Suggestion: if you are feeling panicky in white-out conditions, imagine your tailbone as a navigational instrument… much like a rudder on a boat sailing through fog. Blain Bovee
